In January 2017, I was asked to meet with representatives from Daniels Corporation to discuss a new initiative that they were developing. Daniels wanted to offer pre-construction wheelchair accessible condos and they were asking for my advice as a Barrier Free Real Estate Specialist with many years of experience working with people with disabilities.

Fast forward to today, I have successfully represented numerous buyers of Accessibility Designed pre-construction condos. A number of them are pictured on this website.
